What changed, what matters, and what I recommend.
The most useful cruise advice is usually the detail that changes your decision before it becomes a problem.
This brief starts with Virgin’s MNVV change, the situations in which Premium genuinely earns its keep, and a more practical way to think about dining. Then there is a 10-minute CJ Travel Connect check, newly released Brilliant Lady group cabins, and my August 24–September 7 service plan. Amsterdam is included only as a measured route watch near the end.

Placeholders purchased on or after August 6 stay attached to Sailor 1. After conversion, Premium or a RockStar Suite preserves lead-Sailor flexibility that Essential does not, subject to the terms and deadlines attached to the booking.

Is FoundersCard actually worth it?
The often-repeated “20% off” line leaves out the important details. Current Access Keys may provide 10%, 15%, or 20% off eligible retail voyage fare, and membership does not win every comparison.

An Introduction to Virgin Voyages aboard Brilliant Lady
Join Cameron and Jonathan for four nights round-trip from Miami, March 4–8, 2027, with Key West and The Beach Club at Bimini. Come solo, as a couple, or with friends. You do not need to bring a group of your own.

I will be outside the country
I will continue to have access to email throughout the trip and to WhatsApp for Sailors who are actively traveling. Phone and video consultations will not be available because of the time-zone difference.
My expectation remains to reply to email within 24 hours of receipt. Some questions may require one additional business day, particularly when I need to coordinate with a supplier across time zones.

Worth watching. Not worth chasing.
The routes are genuinely interesting. The first public inventory picture may not be the whole story.

Availability screens are a snapshot—not a verdict
Early in a launch, temporary First Mate group holds can remove cabins from public view before that space is released or converted. That means a sailing may look unavailable while the inventory picture is still settling.
My advice: choose the route that fits first, then let me confirm what is genuinely bookable. I will not manufacture urgency or steer you toward the wrong itinerary simply because one screen looks scarce today.
