This Fee Schedule sets forth the service fees charged by CamJon Travel LLC in connection with voyage planning for Virgin Voyages cruise vacations.

Standard Scope of Included Planning
CamJon Travel’s included planning covers a reasonable scope of work based on clear instructions, a realistic budget, and timely decision-making by the Sailor.
Pre-Cruise Planning Support
All Sailors receive 45 minutes of included pre-cruise planning support per booking. This allocation covers cruise selection, cabin guidance, fare and itinerary consultation, and related pre-booking communication, including email correspondence, phone consultations, and video calls.
Time spent reading, researching, and responding to Sailor emails during the pre-cruise planning phase counts toward this allocation. Beyond Platinum Members, RockStar Suite Sailors, and Group Organizers of five or more cabins receive 90 minutes of included pre-cruise planning support.
Decision Window
When CamJon Travel presents options, the Sailor has seven (7) business days to respond with a selection, a revision request, or specific questions. Because cruise fares, hotel rates, and flight prices can change at any time, options presented by CamJon Travel reflect pricing and availability at the time of delivery.
If no substantive response is received within twenty-one (21) calendar days, the options may no longer reflect current pricing or availability, and CamJon Travel may need to conduct updated research before proceeding. Time spent on updated research counts toward the Sailor’s included planning support allocation.
Commenced Work Definition
Planning work is considered commenced when CamJon Travel has (a) acknowledged the engagement in writing, (b) begun research on behalf of the Sailor, or (c) delivered any initial options or recommendations, whichever occurs first.
Once work has commenced, any paid planning fees become non-refundable regardless of whether the Sailor ultimately books or sails.
Voyage-Connected Planning — Complimentary CamJon Travel Support
For all Sailors who book a Virgin Voyages cruise through CamJon Travel, the following CamJon Travel planning and coordination services are provided without an additional CamJon Travel planning fee as part of CamJon Travel’s standard planning support:

Scope Note
Complimentary voyage-connected planning means CamJon Travel does not charge an additional planning or coordination fee for the services listed above, subject to the Standard Scope of Included Planning. Engagements that exceed the included scope may be subject to the Excess Revision Fee or, at CamJon Travel’s discretion, repositioned as a custom planning engagement under a separately quoted scope.
Midnight Dining Reservation Service
This is a best-effort service. CamJon Travel will attempt dining reservations at or within thirty (30) minutes of 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the date the Sailor’s dining window opens, based on dining preferences properly submitted before the applicable deadline.
CamJon Travel does not guarantee any specific restaurant, date, time, or party size. The complimentary nature of this service does not create any guarantee of outcome.
Dining Preference Submission Deadlines
Sailors may submit dining preferences using one of two methods:

Midnight Dining Reservation Service Eligibility
The Midnight Dining Reservation Service is available only when the Sailor’s dining window has not yet opened at the time CamJon Travel receives the dining preferences and the request meets the submission timing requirements above.
Bookings within forty-five (45) days of sailing, and bookings in fare categories with a dining window of fewer than forty-five (45) days, including Lock-it-In and Base Fares, are not eligible for this service regardless of fare category or suite tier.
Sailors who are not eligible for the Midnight Dining Reservation Service are encouraged to book dining directly through the Virgin Voyages app once their dining window opens.
Curated Hotel List
CamJon Travel maintains curated hotel lists for select departure ports, vetted through Sailor feedback and direct supplier relationships. These lists are expanding throughout 2026 and are provided to Sailors as part of the Welcome to CamJon Travel series as they become available for each port.
CamJon Travel’s complimentary voyage-connected planning covers coordination and reservation assistance for travel arrangements directly connected to the Sailor’s Virgin Voyages cruise, including hotel stays in the departure or arrival port city, typically up to two nights before sailing and two nights after, airport and port transfers, and flights.
Travel planning beyond the scope of the cruise — including additional destinations, extended stays, multi-city itineraries, or vacation planning separate from the sailing — is considered a separate engagement and is subject to the minimum planning fee described under Other Travel Planning Services.
Loyalty Programs
CamJon Travel coordinates hotel reservations through its supplier network and is not able to apply guest loyalty program numbers to hotel reservations.
Availability
CamJon Travel works to secure the best available room and rate but cannot guarantee specific room types, views, or availability.
Flight Planning Service
Flight planning is one of the most time-intensive components of voyage-connected planning. Airfares, availability, routing, baggage rules, connection times, and airline-specific policies can change multiple times per day, and each round of options requires real-time research across multiple systems.
CamJon Travel charges a flat Flight Planning Fee as set forth below:

Payment Timing
The Flight Planning Fee is invoiced at the time the flight is ticketed and is non-refundable once flights are ticketed.
Sailor Instructions
To make best use of the included revision rounds, Sailors are encouraged to provide as many specific parameters as possible on the first request: budget range, preferred departure and return times, maximum acceptable layover duration, airline preferences, if any, and any must-have or must-avoid airports.
Cancellation Fee
When a Sailor cancels a Virgin Voyages cruise booking made through CamJon Travel 120 or more calendar days before the sailing date, the following Cancellation Fee applies.
Cancellations made within 120 calendar days of the sailing date are governed by Virgin Voyages’ standard cancellation penalty schedule and do not trigger a separate CamJon Travel Cancellation Fee.

Application and Mechanics
- Per-cabin basis. The Cancellation Fee is assessed per cabin cancelled, regardless of the number of Sailors named on the booking.
- Timing trigger. The fee applies only when the cancellation is initiated 120 or more calendar days before the sailing date. The 120-day measurement is taken from the date CamJon Travel receives written cancellation notice from the Sailor.
- Inside 120 days. Cancellations within 120 calendar days of sailing are governed by Virgin Voyages’ published cancellation penalty schedule. CamJon Travel does not charge a separate Cancellation Fee in this window.
- When the fee does not apply. The Cancellation Fee does not apply when Virgin Voyages or another Supplier cancels the underlying voyage; the Sailor reschedules to a different Virgin Voyages sailing booked through CamJon Travel within ninety (90) days of cancellation, provided no material new planning work has commenced; or CamJon Travel waives the fee in writing in its sole discretion.
- Material new planning work. For purposes of this provision, material new planning work means CamJon Travel has, in connection with the new sailing, delivered hotel options, flight options, or excursion recommendations; attempted or completed any third-party Supplier reservation; or prepared a pre-departure playbook. Initial cabin selection, fare consultation, and routine pre-booking communication do not constitute material new planning work.
- Disclosure. The Cancellation Fee is disclosed in CamJon Travel’s Terms and Conditions, which the Sailor accepts at the time of booking. By proceeding with a CamJon Travel booking, the Sailor acknowledges and agrees to this fee.
- Invoicing. The Cancellation Fee is invoiced separately and is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the cancellation notice.
Excess Revision Fee
Each service area is tracked independently. A third round of hotel revisions does not affect the revision count for flights or excursions.

Disclosure before charge. The Excess Revision Fee is always disclosed and the Sailor’s written approval obtained before any additional revision work begins.
Supplier-caused revisions. The Excess Revision Fee does not apply when new research is necessitated by a Supplier change — for example, a hotel sells out, an airline cancels a route, or Virgin Voyages modifies an itinerary. In those circumstances, CamJon Travel will conduct updated research at no additional charge.
Service areas defined. For purposes of the Excess Revision Fee, service areas means hotels, flights, and excursions. Each is tracked independently.
Other voyage-connected services — including transfers, dining reservations, and the pre-departure playbook — are not separately metered as service areas, but excessive revision requests in those areas may, at CamJon Travel’s reasonable discretion, be repositioned as a custom planning engagement under a separately quoted scope.
Beyond Platinum
“Beyond Platinum” is a CamJon Travel service designation earned exclusively through CJ Travel Connect community engagement. It is not a Virgin Voyages designation, is not earned through or conditioned on any cruise booking, and has not been granted, endorsed, or authorized by Virgin Voyages.
A person who has never booked a cruise through CamJon Travel may qualify for Beyond Platinum through CJ Travel Connect participation alone. CJ Travel Connect is an independent platform operated by CamJon Travel — it is the compliance infrastructure that ensures Beyond Platinum benefits are never tied to the booking, purchase, or sale of any Virgin Voyages product.
Beyond Platinum Qualification Criteria
Sailors must meet at least two (2) of the following three pillars through CJ Travel Connect:
Sailor Academy — PhD Level
Completion of seven (7) or more Sailor Academy courses with a score of 90% or higher on each.
Community Engagement
Attendance at two (2) or more CJ Travel Connect webinars or live events within a rolling 365-day period.
Referral or Tenure
Either refer two (2) new CJ Travel Connect members who complete registration, not a booking, or maintain active CJ Travel Connect membership for twelve (12) or more consecutive months.
CamJon Travel may extend Beyond Platinum status to individuals whose CJ Travel Connect engagement materially meets the spirit of the qualification criteria above. Full and current qualification criteria are published on cjtconnect.com. Beyond Platinum status is confirmed when the Beyond Platinum badge appears on the member’s CJ Travel Connect profile.

RockStar Suite Bookings
Sailors who book a RockStar Suite of any tier, including RockStar, Mega RockStar, or any successor RockStar Suite category offered by Virgin Voyages, receive CamJon Travel’s premium service tier in recognition of the elevated nature of the booking.
RockStar Suite benefits are tied to the booking itself and apply for the duration of that booking.

Legacy and Transitional Sailors
Sailors with existing CamJon Travel bookings made before May 1, 2026 retain any fee exemptions or grandfathered terms in effect at the time their booking was made, for that booking only.
New bookings created on or after May 1, 2026 are governed by this Fee Schedule in full. Legacy and Transitional designations do not reduce the Cancellation Fee, which applies to all bookings created on or after May 1, 2026 at the standard or tier-specific rate.
Other Travel Planning Services — Non-Cruise
A Sailor may request CamJon Travel to plan travel engagements beyond Virgin Voyages cruise vacations, and CamJon Travel may accept such requests, at its sole discretion.
Acceptance of any such engagement is not guaranteed and is subject to CamJon Travel’s current availability, expertise, and capacity. CamJon Travel reserves the right to decline any travel planning request that falls outside its area of specialization.
Other travel planning services, if accepted, are subject to a minimum planning fee of $250 per engagement, with additional fees quoted in writing in advance based on scope.
Beyond Platinum Members and RockStar Suite Sailors receive a 10% discount on separate travel planning engagements, applied to the quoted planning fee. The $250 minimum engagement fee is not subject to the discount.
Group and Circle Bookings
For Group bookings or Circle bookings of five (5) or more cabins on the same sailing, all voyage-connected planning fees described in this Fee Schedule apply on the same per-Sailor or per-passenger basis as for individual bookings.
The Group Organizer receives 90 minutes of pre-cruise planning support, compared with 45 minutes standard. The Excess Revision Fee allowance is increased to three (3) included rounds per service area to reflect the additional coordination complexity inherent in group bookings.
Bespoke group pricing arrangements, including any negotiated reduction to the Flight Planning Fee or Cancellation Fee, may be agreed in writing between CamJon Travel and the group organizer prior to the first cabin being booked. Absent such a written agreement, this Fee Schedule applies as written.
Fare tier eligibility. Group and Circle bookings are not available in Lock-it-In or Base Fares. All cabins in a Group or Circle booking must be booked in Sea Terrace or higher fare categories.
General Terms
- Currency. All fees in this Fee Schedule are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Taxes. Fees are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, or transaction taxes, which are the responsibility of the Sailor where applicable.
- Supplier costs. Complimentary planning, coordination, or booking assistance refers only to CamJon Travel’s own service or planning fees. It does not waive or include any hotel rates, airfares, transfers, excursions, dining charges, taxes, resort fees, gratuities, deposits, cancellation penalties, or other third-party Supplier costs.
- Discretionary waivers. CamJon Travel may, at its sole discretion, waive or reduce any fee in this Fee Schedule in writing on a case-by-case basis. No such waiver constitutes a precedent or modifies this Fee Schedule generally.
- Conflict with Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Fee Schedule and CamJon Travel’s published Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control.
- Right to update. CamJon Travel reserves the right to update this Fee Schedule at any time. Updates will be posted at camjontravel.com/fee-structure/ with a clearly marked effective date. Updates apply prospectively to bookings created on or after the new effective date and do not modify the fee terms in effect when an existing booking was made.
- Severability. If any provision of this Fee Schedule is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
