Welcome to CamJon Travel. These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding contract between you and Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel (“CamJon Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website (camjontravel.com), communicating with us by any means, or making any payment for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to act on behalf of all persons included in your travel plans.

1. Our Role

CamJon Travel specializes exclusively in Virgin Voyages cruise vacations and related travel services. We act as a booking agent and intermediary for third-party travel providers (“Suppliers”) including Virgin Voyages, airlines, hotels, and excursion operators. We are not the direct provider of travel services.

You understand and agree that CamJon Travel is not responsible or liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any Supplier; any personal injury, property damage, or other damages resulting from a Supplier’s actions; any Supplier’s failure to perform; or the financial condition of any Supplier.

CamJon Travel is compensated through commissions paid by Suppliers to our host agency, Sava Travel. These commissions do not increase the price you pay.

2. Booking and Pricing

CamJon Travel maintains full pricing parity with Virgin Voyages. You will never pay more by booking through us than you would by booking directly. There is no booking fee for Virgin Voyages cruise reservations.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Supplier. Prices are not guaranteed until the Supplier has confirmed your booking and received any required deposit. All payments for cruise fares and other Supplier products are made directly to the Supplier, not to CamJon Travel.

You are responsible for providing accurate information for all travelers, including legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification. CamJon Travel is not responsible for costs or denied boarding resulting from inaccurate information. Please review all booking confirmations promptly and notify us immediately of any errors.

3. Service Fees

CamJon Travel charges planning fees for optional ancillary services (hotels, flights, excursions) beyond the included cruise booking service. All fees are disclosed before payment and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Current fee schedules are available upon request.

In accordance with applicable Seller of Travel laws, CamJon Travel does not directly collect any client payments. All service fee payments are collected and processed by our host agency, Sava Travel, via Stripe.

4. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your traveling party possess valid passports, visas, and all other required travel documents. Most international destinations require your passport to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date.

CamJon Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, fines, or any other consequences resulting from improper documentation. For current requirements, consult the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov) and the CDC (wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel).

5. Travel Insurance

CamJon Travel is not a licensed insurance provider. If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming all financial risk for losses that would have been covered by such insurance, including cancellation penalties, medical expenses, and repatriation costs. You release CamJon Travel from any liability for losses resulting from your decision not to purchase adequate travel insurance.

6. Independently Arranged Travel

CamJon Travel is not responsible for any travel arrangements you make independently, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, or excursions not booked through us.

Independently booked shore excursions: If you book excursions independently (not through Virgin Voyages or CamJon Travel), you do so at your own risk. The ship will depart at its scheduled time regardless of whether all passengers have returned. CamJon Travel is not responsible for any event that causes you to miss the ship during an independent excursion.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective Suppliers. CamJon Travel has no control over these policies. Please review the Supplier’s terms before booking, including Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policy.

CamJon Travel charges a $75 administrative fee for booking changes that alter the fundamental structure of a booking (changing sailings, ships, or travel dates). Routine modifications (cabin changes, dining adjustments) are included at no charge. All cancellation and fundamental modification requests must be submitted in writing via email.

CamJon Travel’s administrative fees are the only agency-level fees that apply. Sava Travel’s published cancellation and modification fees do not apply to CamJon Travel clients.

8. Communication

CamJon Travel’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. We aim to respond to all communications within 24 business hours for Sailors within 60 days of sailing, and 72 business hours for all others.

CamJon Travel cannot intervene in real-time onboard situations. All onboard matters must be directed to Virgin Voyages Sailor Services. We are happy to follow up on your behalf after your voyage.

9. Limitation of Liability

Travel involves inherent risks including illness, injury, weather events, political instability, and other unforeseen circumstances. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your travel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CamJon Travel, its host agency Sava Travel, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Services, the acts or omissions of any Supplier, any Force Majeure event, or any other matter relating to your travel. CamJon Travel’s maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Lee County, Florida. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year. You waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding.

CamJon Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website. For changes to fees, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice.

All content created by CamJon Travel — including Cruise Playbooks, blog posts, and planning materials — is the intellectual property of Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel.

CamJon Travel’s privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy at camjontravel.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell your personal information.
