Private booking questions, fare questions, cabin questions, documents, dining, flights, hotels, transfers, and sailing logistics should stay in the booking email thread or Sailor Experience support path connected to your voyage.
Do I earn points for booking a cruise?
No. CJT Connect does not award points for cruise bookings. Any points, rewards, or recognition are separate from cruise pricing and are connected to eligible non-booking activities.
Can points reduce the cost of a cruise?
No. Points cannot be used to reduce cruise prices, booking costs, deposits, taxes, government fees, or cruise fare components. Cruises are sold at current published prices and under applicable supplier terms.
