New inquiries are typically answered within 24 business hours. Weekend or holiday messages usually move into the next business response window unless tied to an active sailing window.
Planning pace
Once we understand your voyage timing, we set the right planning path. A last-minute sailing needs a different rhythm than a trip that is still months away.
Weekend priority
Weekends are reserved first for CamJon Sailors who are within 72 hours of sailing, currently out to sea, or within 72 hours after returning home.
Why this matters: when someone is about to sail, already onboard, or just home from a voyage, small timing details can matter a lot. We protect that window because every CamJon Sailor deserves focused support when their trip is closest. New inquiries matter too, and once your sailing window arrives, you receive that same priority.

The Platinum Standard also means clear expectations. Most voyage-connected planning is included when you book your Virgin Voyages sailing through CamJon Travel. Some work is time-intensive enough that it needs a defined fee, and we tell you before that work begins.
Included planning support
All Sailors receive included pre-cruise planning support for cruise selection, cabin guidance, fare consultation, and related pre-booking communication. Beyond Platinum Members, RockStar Suite Sailors, and Group Organizers receive an expanded allocation.
Voyage-connected services such as hotel coordination, transfers, excursions, dining support, CJ Travel Connect resources, and pre-departure guidance are handled separately after booking and are not deducted from that pre-cruise planning allocation.

Cabin guidance, fare strategy, dining support, hotel coordination from curated lists, transfers, excursions, CJ Travel Connect resources, and playbook support within the standard scope.
Flight planning and ticketing
Flight planning is one of the most time-intensive parts of travel. A per-passenger Flight Planning Fee may apply and is waived for Beyond Platinum Members, RockStar Suite bookings, and international premium economy or higher.
Excess revision fee
We include a reasonable number of revision rounds by service area. If a request moves beyond that included scope, any Excess Revision Fee is disclosed and approved before additional work begins.
Separate travel planning engagements
Travel planning outside the Virgin Voyages sailing, such as extended stays, multi-city itineraries, or non-cruise vacation planning, may be accepted separately and quoted in advance.
Cancellation fee in select situations
A CamJon Travel Cancellation Fee may apply to Sailor-initiated cancellations made 120 or more days before sailing, subject to the published Terms and Fee Schedule. Supplier penalties remain separate.

We do define fees for certain services, such as flight planning, excess revisions, cancellation handling in select situations, or planning beyond the cruise.
Who should take the Perfect Cruise Quiz?
Anyone who has not sailed Virgin Voyages should take the quiz first. It helps us confirm whether Virgin is truly the right fit before we start planning. Returning Virgin Sailors who already know they love the brand can usually move directly into Plan My Voyage.
Do you help with hotels, flights, and transfers?
Yes. Hotels, flights, transfers, and related pre- or post-cruise logistics are part of the larger voyage planning picture. Hotel coordination, transfers, and excursion support tied directly to your sailing are included within the published scope. Flight planning may involve a separate per-passenger fee, with certain waivers for Beyond Platinum, RockStar Suite bookings, and international premium economy or higher.
What does Sailor Experience support do?

Can you help if I already booked direct?
Sometimes. Virgin Voyages transfer rules depend on timing, payment status, fare type, and current policy. If transfer is possible, we can review the booking and help you understand what support can be added. If transfer is not possible, we will be honest about that too.
