It is our internal commitment to excellence. While Virgin Voyages designates us as "Gold Tier" (their official certification), we believe that is just the baseline. Platinum means we guarantee proactive price monitoring, customized itinerary planning, and 1:1 support that you won't find with generalist agencies.
Do you charge extra for this service?
We never charge booking fees for Virgin Voyages—we are compensated directly by the cruise line, so you pay the exact same cruise fare as booking direct. Your initial email-based planning is also complimentary. As your voyage takes shape, if you require extended back-and-forth, phone/webinar consultations, or complex pre- and post-voyage planning, consultation fees may apply. We will always discuss this with you transparently before any charges occur.
I already booked direct. Can I transfer to you?
In many cases, yes! If you booked directly with Virgin Voyages within the last 30 days and haven't paid in full, we can often take over the booking to add our perks and service. Contact us immediately to check eligibility.
Do you handle flights and hotels?
Yes, handling flights, hotels, and pre- or post-voyage arrangements is one of the ways we create a seamless experience from door to ship and back. This is available as an add-on service with a separate planning fee based on complexity. In some cases, savings through our strategic partnerships can even help offset these costs! We are always transparent about fees before any work begins.
