CamJon Travel hosted Virgin Voyages group sailing aboard Brilliant Lady, March 2027
Start With Fit

Before we build the group, we make sure Virgin fits the people.

Virgin Voyages is adults-only, stylish, food-forward, and social, which is very different from traditional cruising. That is exactly why so many groups love it. It also means our first job is not quoting cabins. It is making sure the experience matches your people, your occasion, and your reality as the planner.

🍽

Food-forward groups

Virgin shines for groups that care about restaurants, with no main dining room and a more curated dining experience.

🥂

Celebration energy

Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette trips, friend groups, and club travel thrive in the adults-only atmosphere.

🧘

Relaxed but elevated

The vibe is social and stylish, with no formal nights, no kids' clubs, and none of the traditional cruise feel.

🧭

Not for every group

If your group needs kids' programming, mega-ship waterslides, or very traditional cruising, we will tell you honestly.

How It Works

Hold your cabins. Gather your crew. Set sail.

The Virgin Voyages Groups Program makes booking together simple and seriously rewarding. Here is the path, start to celebration.

1

Hold your cabins

We block 8 or more cabins with zero deposit, and we lock in the fare and promotion in effect the day your group is created, even if prices rise later.

2

Gather your crew

Each Sailor books and pays for their own cabin on their own timeline. We handle the reminders, deadlines, and questions so you are not chasing anyone.

3

Set sail with perks

Your group sails with a per-cabin Group Bar Tab, dining concierge support, and the always-included luxuries Virgin is known for.

Group Benefits

More cabins. More perks. Less hassle.

When your crew sails as a group, everyone gets more. These are the benefits the whole group can enjoy together.

🍸

Group Bar Tab

A per-cabin Bar Tab based on voyage length, up to $200 per cabin. ($50 on shorter sailings, $100 on 6 to 9 nights, $200 on 10 or more nights.)

🍴

Group Dining Concierge

Help locking in dinner reservations ahead of time, up to 3 per cabin's group based on voyage length, so your meals are sorted before you board.

💰

Zero deposit holds

Block 8 or more cabins without putting money down. Each Sailor pays for their own cabin when they are ready to confirm.

🔒

Price and promotion lock

The fare and promotion at group creation are locked for your blocked cabins, even if Virgin raises prices afterward.

Combinable with My Next Virgin Voyage

Stack a My Next Virgin Voyage certificate with the group offer for even more onboard credit on eligible bookings.

Always-included luxury

Dining, WiFi, soda and water, group fitness, and entertainment are built into every Virgin Voyages fare.

💸

Possible group savings

Select sailings may include an additional group savings on the voyage fare. We confirm what is available for your dates.

Sailor perks are based on voyage length and apply to eligible cabins. All group perks, offers, and savings are set and controlled by Virgin Voyages and can change.

Small, large, or a full ship takeover.

Celebrations & Weddings

Say "I do" or "happy birthday" at sea.

For weddings, elopements, vow renewals, and romance-centered groups, CamJon Travel handles the travel side and guest logistics while Virgin Voyages and its onboard team handle the official ceremony and event execution.

The Platinum Standard for group travel

Our Platinum Standard is CamJon Travel's own promise of service. It is not a Virgin Voyages designation. Group travel is more than a reservation. It is people, expectations, deadlines, cabins, budgets, personalities, and a lot of small decisions. Our job is to bring structure to all of it without turning your celebration into a second job.

What CamJon Travel handles

Group fit, sailing and cabin strategy, guest communication support, dining priorities, deadline guidance, travel logistics, and pre-sailing preparation.

What Virgin Voyages controls

Official program rules, contracts, perks, payment terms, wedding packages, ceremony details, onboard event execution, venue assignments, and final availability.

Helpful for the planner

We translate Virgin's rules into plain language so you know what needs to happen and when, with no guessing.

Helpful for guests

Guests get clear instructions, better preparation, and a trusted place to ask questions instead of sending everything back to you.

FAQ

Virgin Voyages group questions, answered clearly.

How many cabins do we need to start a group?

Virgin Voyages group benefits begin at 8 cabins and scale up to 75 cabins. Groups of 76 cabins or more move into a custom contracted group. Smaller groups can still work with CamJon Travel for planning and cabin strategy, and if the group grows to the threshold, we move it into the official group structure when eligible.

Do we have to pay a deposit to hold cabins?

No. We can hold 8 or more cabins with zero deposit, and the fare and promotion in effect on the day your group is created are locked in for those cabins. When each Sailor is ready to confirm their cabin, standard Virgin Voyages booking terms apply.

What perks do group Sailors receive?

Group Sailors receive a per-cabin Group Bar Tab based on voyage length (up to $200 per cabin), Group Dining Concierge support to lock in dinner reservations ahead of time, a locked-in fare and promotion, and the always-included luxuries Virgin is known for, like dining, WiFi, soda and water, group fitness, and entertainment. Select sailings may also include an additional group savings.

Can guests pay separately?

In most group structures, each cabin can pay for itself according to the Virgin Voyages booking setup. CamJon Travel helps communicate instructions, deadlines, and next steps so you are not stuck collecting payments from everyone.

What if our group is still just an idea?

That is a great time to start. The Groups Program lets us hold your cabins with zero deposit and lock today's pricing while your crew decides. You build the group as people commit, instead of waiting until everyone is ready and risking a price increase.

What happened to Travel Circles?

If you remember our Travel Circles, here is the good news: the Virgin Voyages Groups Program now does everything a Travel Circle used to do, and more. There is no separate early-interest path to sign up for anymore. We can hold your cabins with zero deposit and lock today's pricing while your crew decides, so gathering a group before everyone commits is built right into the program. Just reach out and we will start your group whenever you are ready.

Can CamJon Travel help with weddings at sea?

Yes. CamJon Travel helps plan the travel side of Virgin Voyages weddings, elopements, vow renewals, and wedding guest travel. Virgin Voyages and its onboard wedding team handle the official ceremony, event execution, and onboard wedding details.

Is Virgin Voyages right for every group?

Virgin Voyages is adults-only, with no kids' clubs, no formal nights, and a strong focus on food and atmosphere. It is especially good for friend groups, milestone birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette trips, reunions, social clubs, and celebration sailings. If your group needs traditional cruising or kids' programming, we will tell you honestly.

How do we start?

Reach out through our contact page. Share your occasion, approximate guest count, timing, cabin needs, and whether you are still exploring or ready to move forward. We will help identify the best next step.
