• All Dining: Every restaurant onboard (20+ eateries) is included—no cover charges. This includes specialty venues like The Wake, Extra Virgin, Pink Agave, Gunbae, Razzle Dazzle, and Test Kitchen. Only select “Treat Yourself” premium items carry a supplement ($25–$125).
• Basic Beverages: Still and sparkling water, non-pressed juices, sodas, teas, and drip coffee.
• Classic Wi-Fi: Suitable for messaging, light browsing, and calling apps. Premium Wi-Fi ($30/day) and Work From Sea ($50/day) upgrades available.

What cabin types are available?

• Insider: Interior cabins with no window. Compact but cleverly designed. Solo versions available with a 3/4-size bed. The most budget-friendly option.
• Sea View: Porthole window with ocean views. Same interior design as Insider but with natural light.
• Sea Terrace: Private balcony with the signature red hammock. The most popular category. Multiple configurations available including mid-ship, aft, and corner positions.
• RockStar Quarters: Premium suites with larger spaces, Tom Dixon-designed interiors, marble bathrooms, peek-a-boo showers, and exclusive access to Richard’s Rooftop sundeck. Multiple suite sizes from Seriously Suite to the top-tier Massive Suite.

What comes with the RockStar Quarters?

Beyond the upgraded cabin, RockStar guests get exclusive access to Richard’s Rooftop—a private sundeck with panoramic ocean views, daily champagne hour, a hot tub, and dedicated bar service. RockStar guests also get priority dining reservations (120 days before sailing vs. 45 days for Essential fare), priority boarding, and premium in-room amenities.

Dining: 20+ Restaurants, No Buffet

Virgin Voyages replaced the traditional cruise buffet with 20+ distinct eateries, all included in your fare. Main sit-down restaurants include The Wake (steak & seafood), Extra Virgin (Italian with ship-exclusive dishes), Pink Agave (modern Mexican), Gunbae (Korean BBQ), Razzle Dazzle (veg-forward), and Test Kitchen (multi-course tasting). Casual options include The Galley food hall (open all day with made-to-order stations), The Pizza Place (open until 2 AM), and The Dock & Dock House.

Wellness & Spa

The Redemption Spa features a thermal suite with a hydrotherapy pool, mud room, salt room, steam room, hot and cold plunge pools, marble hammam benches, and quartz beds. Individual spa treatments are available for purchase. Group fitness classes—yoga, HIIT, cycling, boxing, meditation—are included in your fare at the Athletic Club.

Entertainment & Nightlife

Forget Broadway-style revues. Virgin Voyages features immersive, modern performances, surprise pop-up shows, and themed events. Scarlet Night is the signature ship-wide event on every sailing—an all-red dress code party with live music, a pool party, flash mobs, and secret bars. Bimini Beach Club

On select Caribbean itineraries from Miami, you’ll visit Virgin Voyages’ private Bimini Beach Club in the Bahamas. How does VoyageFair pricing work?

As of October 2025, Virgin Voyages introduced VoyageFair Choices—a tiered fare system that lets you choose how much flexibility and perks you want. The tiers are:

• Base Fare: Lowest price with less flexibility. Dining reservations open 15 days before sailing.
• Essential Fare: Includes Classic Wi-Fi, essential drinks, all dining, and more. Dining reservations open 45 days before sailing.
• Premium Fare: Everything in Essential plus priority perks. Dining reservations open 60 days before sailing.
• RockStar: Top-tier suites with all premium benefits. Dining reservations open 120 days before sailing.

The fare you choose directly affects when you can book dining reservations and shore excursions, so consider this when comparing prices.

When can I book dining reservations and Shore Things?

Reservations open at midnight Miami time. Not all slots are released pre-voyage—additional reservations become available once you board. Book through the Virgin Voyages app or your travel agent.

Do I need a travel agent to book Virgin Voyages?

Is Virgin Voyages adults-only?

Yes. All guests must be 18 or older at the time of sailing. There are no exceptions and no kids’ facilities. This is a core part of the Virgin Voyages experience—every activity, venue, and entertainment option is designed for adults.

Is there a dress code?

No formal dress code. Wear what makes you feel good—the only rule is no swimsuits in restaurants. For Scarlet Night, you’ll want to pack something red. Some themed sailings have optional dress-up nights (80s workout attire for VHS Workout, pajamas for PJ Party).

Are gratuities included?

As of October 7, 2025, gratuities are no longer included in the published fare. They appear as a separate line item: $20/person/night if pre-paid, or $22/person/night if paid onboard. Base fares were reduced by $20/person/night at the same time, so the total cost remains similar. Bookings made before October 7, 2025 retain bundled gratuities.

Is there a buffet?

No. Virgin Voyages eliminated the traditional cruise buffet. The Galley food hall offers multiple made-to-order stations (noodles, tacos, burgers, grain bowls, salads, pastries, juices) available all day. Everything is prepared fresh when you order.

Are drinks included on Virgin Voyages?

Basic beverages are included: water, coffee, espresso, tea, sodas, and non-pressed juices. Alcoholic drinks are pay-as-you-go—there is no unlimited drinks package. Cocktails typically cost $9–$13, beer $7–$9, wine by the glass $9–$18. You can pre-purchase a Bar Tab ($100–$1,000) before sailing, often with bonus credits. You may also bring two bottles of wine per cabin onboard.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Classic Wi-Fi (messaging, light browsing, calling apps) is included with Essential, Premium, and RockStar fares. It is not included with Base fare. What is Scarlet Night?

Scarlet Night is Virgin Voyages’ signature ship-wide event, held on every sailing across all four ships.
