How to Apply for Virgin Voyages Status Match (September 24 – October 31, 2026)

No existing reservations. Period.
Status Match only works on a brand-new booking made between September 24 and October 31, 2026, with the Access Key entered at the time of booking. It is not applied automatically, and it will not be added to any voyage you’ve already booked, no matter when you booked it. Already booked? Talk to us before you cancel or rebook anything.
Before you apply
- A Virgin Voyages account. Virgin requires one before you enroll, so create it first if you don’t have one.
- Your contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
- Proof of status in a qualifying program: a screenshot, digital membership card, or account statement that shows your name and tier. Share only what’s needed. Do not upload government ID numbers or financial account information.
- A qualifying tier. Check the full list of eligible airline, hotel, and cruise programs in our Status Match guide.
How to apply, step by step
- Go to Virgin’s official Status Match page and choose your program: virginvoyages.com/sailing-club/status-match-loyalty-program.
- Upload your proof of status and submit. You get one submission, so make sure it’s complete. Duplicate or incomplete submissions are not processed.
- Wait for verification. Virgin uses automated tools plus manual review. If your submission can’t be verified automatically, manual review takes longer, so apply early.
- Watch your email for your Access Key. It’s single-use and can’t be replaced if it’s lost, expires, or is used by mistake.
- Send the key to CamJon Travel with the sailing you’re considering. We’ll check the fare and which promotions stack.
- Book a new voyage by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. We enter the Access Key at booking. That’s the only moment it can be applied.
What you get once you book
The primary Sailor gets one-time Blue Extras perks on that voyage: one bag of laundry, one specialty coffee per day, an invitation to the Sailing Club cocktail event, and dedicated Sailing Club Sailor Services support. It’s not a permanent tier upgrade, and it applies to one sailing only. Base, Essential, and Premium fares are eligible in any cabin category. What counts as proof of status?

Can I add Status Match to a voyage I already booked?
No. It cannot be applied retroactively to any reservation, period. It only applies to a new booking made by October 31, 2026 with the Access Key entered at booking.
What if my Access Key doesn’t arrive before October 31?
The booking deadline is October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, the same day applications close. Apply as early as you can so verification has time to finish.
Can my travel advisor apply for me?
You submit the application yourself because it’s tied to your Virgin Voyages account. Once you have the Access Key, send it to us and we’ll apply it when we book.
Can I apply twice or use it on more than one sailing?
No. It’s one submission and one sailing per Sailor.
