New inquiries are typically answered within 24 business hours. Weekend or holiday messages move into the next business window unless tied to an active sailing.
Planning pace
Once we understand your voyage timing, we set the right planning path. A last-minute sailing needs a different rhythm than a trip months away.
Weekend priority
Weekends go first to CamJon Sailors within 72 hours of sailing, currently at sea, or within 72 hours of returning home. When your window arrives, you get that same priority.
