To provide true concierge-level service, we operate strictly by appointment and do not accept unscheduled inbound calls. We believe your time is valuable, and when we speak, we want to be fully prepared. Scheduling a call ensures we have your specific file, current promotions, and deck plans pulled up in advance. It means no hold music and no distractions — just our undivided attention focused entirely on your vacation. Initial planning begins via email, and if a phone consultation is the best next step, we will gladly schedule a dedicated time to connect. No — and neither can anyone else. Virgin Voyages enforces pricing parity across all travel advisors. The price you see on their website is the price you'll pay with us. Any advisor claiming to offer a lower fare is either misleading you or comparing different cabin categories. Yes — booking your Virgin Voyages cruise with CamJon Travel costs you $0 in agency fees. You pay the exact same price as virginvoyages.com, and you get Platinum-level service included: strategic cabin assignments, proactive price monitoring, and your personalized Cruise Playbook. We are compensated directly by Virgin Voyages, so our incentives are fully aligned with yours.

The only time a fee ever enters the picture is if you choose to add something optional — like having us coordinate your hotels, flights, and excursions too. That's our Voyage Planning Package, and it's a flat $250 per cabin starting May 1, 2026. It includes up to 3 hotel nights before and 3 after your cruise, standard round-trip flights, up to 2 excursion recommendations, 45 minutes of phone or video consultation, and 10 email exchanges. No hourly billing. No open-ended scope. You know exactly what you're getting before any work begins.

RockStar Suite sailors receive the full Voyage Planning Package at no charge — same included scope as the paid package. It's our way of making sure the whole experience matches the cabin.

If you've already booked with us, your terms are locked in. Legacy Sailors (booked by Dec 31, 2025) are exempt from cruise-related planning fees through 2028. Transitional Sailors (Jan–April 2026) are covered through the end of this year. These protections apply to ancillary services tied to Virgin Voyages cruises booked through CamJon Travel. Absolutely — and it's one of the most underrated parts of what we do. A seamless Virgin Voyages experience doesn't start at the gangway; it starts the moment you leave your front door. The right hotel the night before. A flight that actually gives you enough buffer. An excursion that doesn't conflict with your ship's schedule. We handle all of it so you don't have to spend hours researching logistics that we've already figured out.

Our Voyage Planning Package covers up to 3 hotel nights before your cruise and 3 after, standard round-trip flights, and up to 2 pre- or post-cruise excursion recommendations — all for a flat $250 per cabin starting May 1, 2026. That includes research, booking coordination, a dedicated 45-minute consultation, and up to 10 email exchanges. Additional hotel nights beyond the included 3 are available at $75 per night per room.

Planning typically begins at or near the 120-day mark before sailing for domestic departures, which is when availability and pricing tend to be most favorable. International sailings may begin planning earlier (up to 11 months out) to align with international airline schedule releases. Starting domestic planning earlier is possible — a one-time $75 Advance Planning Fee applies, and we'll always tell you before anything begins.

One note: we work with cash bookings only — we don't manage points, miles, or rewards redemptions. For those, you'd work directly with your airline or hotel.

If you booked directly with Virgin Voyages: In many cases, yes — if your booking is within the last 30 days and hasn't been paid in full, we can often take it over and layer in our Platinum service and perks. Just send us a message through the form above with your booking details and we'll take a look.

If you're currently working with another travel advisor: We appreciate you thinking of us, but as a general practice, we don't take bookings from other First Mates. We believe in the advisor community and don't want to step on anyone's toes.
