Choose the right next step for your Virgin Voyages planning.
We are not a transactional quote desk. The fastest way to get the right help is to start in the right place: quiz first for new Virgin Sailors, Plan My Voyage for returning Sailors or specific new planning requests, CJ Travel Connect for voyage resources once you are planning with CamJon Travel, or self-serve if you already know your exact sailing, fare direction, and cabin approach.
New to Virgin Voyages?
Take the Perfect Cruise Quiz first. This is how we confirm fit before recommending a sailing, cabin, fare, or itinerary.
Already sailed Virgin?
Use the planning form if you know Virgin is your style, have a specific planning request, or want help choosing or leveling up a new sailing.
Need CamJon Travel resources?
CJ Travel Connect is our resource hub for Sailors already planning with us, with timelines, pre-sailing guidance, and next-step direction.
Know exactly what you want?
Use CamJon Self-Service only if you already know your sailing, fare direction, and cabin approach, and you are comfortable reviewing the rules before booking.
Ready for a new planning conversation?
You should not have to hunt for the form if you truly know why you are here. This form is available now, but it works best when it is used for the right kind of request.
Before you submit, make sure this is the right channel.
Use this form for new planning conversations, returning Virgin Voyages Sailors, possible eligible transfer questions, groups, celebrations, and specific voyage-planning questions. If you are brand new to Virgin Voyages, the quiz gives us the context we need first. If we are already planning together, your existing CamJon email thread is usually the best place to continue because it keeps the full voyage context in one place. If you booked direct or with another advisor, you can still use this form for a new conversation, but we will need to review what is actually possible before making any promises.
Send your planning note
Tell us where you are in the process and what you need help with. The more specific you are, the better we can route your request and respond with context instead of generic links.
Helpful details to include before you submit:
- Whether you have sailed Virgin Voyages before.
- Your ideal month, year, ship, itinerary, or destination direction if known.
- Who is traveling and whether this is a celebration, group, solo trip, or special occasion.
- Your cabin or fare comfort level if you already have one in mind.
- For possible transfers: who currently holds the booking, booking date, sailing date, fare type, and whether you are paid in full.
When timing matters most, active Sailors come first.
CamJon Travel is relationship-focused, not call-center style. That means we protect planning time, set clear expectations, and prioritize Sailors when their voyage window is closest.
Initial inquiries
New inquiries are typically answered within 24 business hours. Weekend or holiday messages move into the next business response window unless the situation is tied to an active sailing window.
Planning pace
Once we understand your voyage timing, we set the right planning path. A last-minute sailing needs a different rhythm than a trip that is still months away.
Weekend priority
Weekends are reserved first for CamJon Sailors who are within 72 hours of sailing, currently out to sea, or within 72 hours after returning home.
Why this matters: when someone is about to sail, already onboard, or just home from a voyage, small timing details can matter a lot. We protect that window because every CamJon Sailor deserves focused support when their trip is closest. New inquiries matter too, and once your sailing window arrives, you receive that same priority.
Once we are planning together, your voyage gets its own rhythm.
The right channel protects the quality of the support. The public form is perfect for starting a new conversation. Once your planning is underway, we keep the details organized through your dedicated CamJon email thread, CJ Travel Connect resources, and the right next-step guidance for your sailing.
CJ Travel Connect
Your support hub for resources, timelines, pre-sailing guidance, destination notes, playbooks, and next-step direction.
Visit CJ Travel ConnectYour dedicated planning thread
Once we are working together, your email thread becomes the cleanest place for fare questions, cabin questions, hotel or flight planning, documents, dining, transfers, Shore Things, and sailing logistics.
That keeps the details, timing, and decision history in one place instead of starting over with a public form.
A planning process, not a pile of links.
Whether you start with the quiz, the planning form, CJ Travel Connect, or the self-service checkpoint, the goal is the same: make sure your Virgin Voyages experience is structured cleanly and supported thoughtfully.
We route your request
New-to-Virgin requests go through the quiz. Returning Sailors and clear new planning inquiries move into direct planning. CamJon Travel Sailors continue through their dedicated planning thread and CJ Travel Connect resources.
We respond with context
We do not send generic quotes when more context is needed. We help you understand fit, fare, cabin, itinerary, timing, and next steps.
We build the plan
Once booked, Cameron leads the Virgin Voyages strategy while the Sailor Experience team helps with connected details when included in your planning scope.

💻 Sailor Resources
CJ Travel Connect supports planning resources, timelines, and next-step guidance.
Before you send the form.
Why do new Virgin Voyages Sailors need to take the quiz first?
Virgin Voyages is different from traditional cruising, and it is not the right fit for every traveler, group, or trip. The quiz helps us understand your travel style, priorities, budget, vibe, and expectations before we recommend a sailing.
What if we are already planning together?
Once we are already in a CamJon Travel planning conversation, your dedicated email thread is usually the best place to continue because it already has the voyage details, timing, and decision history connected. CJ Travel Connect is also available for resources and next-step guidance. If you booked direct with Virgin or with another travel advisor, you may use the form for a possible eligible transfer or planning question.
How quickly will I hear back?
New inquiries are typically answered within 24 business hours. If your message comes in over a weekend or holiday, we will usually respond during the next business window unless it is tied to an active CamJon Sailor travel window.
Do you answer messages on weekends?
Weekends are reserved first for CamJon Sailors who are within 72 hours of sailing, currently out to sea, or within 72 hours after returning home. That boundary protects the moments where timing matters most. When your sailing window arrives, you receive that same focused priority.
What if I already sailed Virgin Voyages and want to plan something new?
If you have already sailed Virgin and know you love the brand, you can use the Plan My Voyage form. This is especially helpful when you want strategy around itinerary, fare type, cabin, groups, or your next-level sailing experience.
Can I just call?
Phone and video calls are by appointment. That lets us prepare for the conversation, pull the right booking details, review current options, and give you our full attention.
Is there a fee to work with CamJon Travel?
There is no separate agency booking fee simply to book a Virgin Voyages cruise through CamJon Travel. Some services, including flight planning, excess revisions, cancellations in select situations, or planning beyond the cruise, may involve published fees. Any applicable fee is disclosed before work begins.
What if I booked direct with Virgin or with another travel advisor?
You may use the form if you want to ask about a possible eligible transfer or a new planning conversation. We will need to review the details before confirming what is possible. Include who currently holds the booking, your booking date, sailing date, fare type, and whether you are paid in full.
Can I transfer an existing booking?
Sometimes. Virgin Voyages transfer eligibility depends on timing, payment status, fare type, and current Virgin policy. Use the form above only if this is a new transfer inquiry and you are not already supported by CamJon Travel. Include who currently holds the booking, your booking date, sailing date, fare type, and whether you are paid in full.
What happens if I use the self-serve affiliate path?
You will first see a CamJon Self-Service checkpoint that pushes you to compare Premium and Essential before booking. If you continue, you will be sent to Virgin Voyages through CamJon Travel's affiliate booking path. You can browse and reserve directly on Virgin's site, and your reservation should be connected to CamJon Travel when completed through that path. Please verify the agency or First Mate information during checkout, because Virgin controls the booking site and final reservation details.
Start with Premium or Essential. Only choose Base if you truly understand the tradeoffs.
This is still a CamJon Travel booking path. Self-service simply means you are choosing your sailing, fare, and cabin direction yourself through our Virgin Voyages affiliate link while keeping the reservation connected to CamJon Travel.
Virgin may show multiple fare paths, and the cheapest one is not automatically the best value. Most CamJon Sailors should compare Premium and Essential first, then only move to Base or Lock It In if the restrictions genuinely match the trip they want.
Premium and Essential are the safer starting points for a better Virgin Voyages experience.
These fares protect more of what actually matters: planning control, dining timing, cabin confidence, WiFi expectations, flexibility, and fewer surprise “wait, what did I just book?” moments later.
Premium
Choose Premium when you want the most polished non-suite path, maximum flexibility, stronger planning control, and the perks that make the upgrade feel meaningful.
- Premium WiFi for two devices per Sailor, including streaming capability.
- 60-day dining reservation window for the earliest non-suite dining access.
- $15 in premium drinks per Sailor per night.
- Priority support for booking questions and changes.
- Cabin selected and guaranteed at booking, with cabin changes allowed.
- Maximum flexibility under current fare rules, including broader name-change flexibility.
Essential
Choose Essential when you want the familiar, balanced Virgin Voyages experience without jumping straight into the most restrictive fare path.
- Classic WiFi for one device per Sailor.
- 45-day dining reservation window, which is a major improvement over Base.
- Cabin selected and guaranteed at booking, with cabin changes allowed.
- Date changes allowed outside 45 days under current fare rules.
- Fellow Sailor name changes allowed until 48 hours before sailing.
- A strong fit for many Sailors who want flexibility without Premium pricing.
Premium is especially compelling for longer voyages, dining-priority Sailors, remote workers, content creators, group organizers, drink lovers, and anyone who values flexibility. Essential is the better starting point for most Sailors who want a smart, balanced fare without paying for the highest perk level.
Pause before choosing these.
- You are choosing Base or Lock It In mainly because the price looks better.
- You care about dining times, cabin location, cabin changes, WiFi level, or flexibility.
- You would be upset if stricter rules limited your ability to change the booking later.
- You are booking for a celebration, group trip, longer voyage, remote-work trip, or special cabin preference.
Virgin now shows service gratuities separately for transparency. If you do not pre-pay them before sailing, they are automatically applied to your onboard folio at the onboard rate.
CamJon recommendation: Add prepaid service gratuities before you sail unless you have a specific reason not to. It keeps the final onboard balance cleaner and avoids one of the exact “what did I break?” moments many travelers dislike.
CamJon rule of thumb: Choose based on price, rules, cabin comfort, dining timing, WiFi needs, gratuities, and flexibility, not price alone.
Before final payment: Verify the booking path shows Cameron DeJong / CamJon Travel or the correct agency details. Virgin controls the booking site, pricing, availability, fare rules, gratuity options, and final reservation details.
Fare names, inclusions, restrictions, gratuity rates, and booking rules can change. Always review the current Virgin Voyages fare terms, service gratuity options, and final booking details before confirming your reservation.
