Four doors. The right one feels obvious.
Each path below is designed to keep the planning process organized and protect the experience for Sailors who are closest to travel.
First Virgin Voyages cruise?
Take the Perfect Cruise Quiz first. Virgin is not for everyone, and we would rather confirm the fit before we talk sailing, cabin, or fare.

Self-Service is for returning Virgin Sailors who know the sailing or starting point they want and want to book through CamJon's Virgin path. You are not giving up support: we can still help after booking with cabin placement, dining timing, and next steps.
The price is the same. The planning is not.
Booking Virgin Voyages through CamJon Travel is about guidance, not a secret fare. We help you understand fit, fare strategy, cabin choices, dining timing, and the details that can make or break the experience.
Virgin is adults-only and not a traditional cruise product. We start with fit so you do not end up on a sailing that never matched your travel style.
Base, Essential, Premium, RockStar, Lock It In, cabin location, dining windows, WiFi, and flexibility all matter. We help you choose based on value, not the cheapest visible number.
One relationship-focused point of contact before, during, and after your sailing, with planning guidance and current-Sailor priority when timing matters most.
When timing matters most, active Sailors come first.
CamJon Travel is relationship-focused, not call-center style. That means clear expectations, protected planning time, and priority for Sailors closest to their voyage window.
Initial inquiries
New inquiries are typically answered within 24 business hours. Weekend or holiday messages usually move into the next business window unless tied to an active sailing.
Planning pace
A sailing next month needs a different rhythm than a sailing next year. We route the work based on timing, complexity, and what actually needs attention first.
Weekend priority
Weekends go first to CamJon Sailors within 72 hours of sailing, currently at sea, or within 72 hours after returning home. When your window arrives, you receive that same focus.
A planning process, not a pile of links.
We route your request
First-time Virgin requests start with the quiz. Returning Sailors, groups, possible transfers, and specific planning questions move through the planning form.
We respond with context
We do not send generic quotes when context is missing. We help you understand fit, fare, cabin, itinerary, timing, and the best next step.
We build the plan
Once booked, Cameron leads the Virgin Voyages strategy while the Sailor Experience team helps with connected details when included in your planning scope.
Is CamJon Travel a good Virgin Voyages travel agency?
Sailors choose CamJon Travel and Cameron DeJong for clear Virgin Voyages next steps — cabin fit, dining timing, playbooks, and proactive Sailor Loot when rates move. Google reviews and the Ahoy Wall of Love reflect that support before you reach out.
"If I must pick the single best then it was our First Mate, Cameron. The attention to detail, updates and reminders were unprecedented and it made for a smooth, totally enjoyable voyage throughout!!"
Sandy H. · CamJon Sailor survey (Ahoy) · Valiant Lady · England to Iceland"Cameron was great helping with my family and I’s planning for our first ever Virgin Voyages cruise! We did the Resilient Lady Grand Turk and Bimini out of Miami and had a great time! One of the best vacations I’ve been on thanks to help of him! I highly recommend!"
Brian Puffer · Google review · Resilient Lady · Grand Turk & Bimini"Very helpful with room selection especially for our solo traveler. Also in straightening out our issues with dinner reservations. This was our first cruise, not just with Virgin, so the extra information and attention was very much appreciated."
David P. · CamJon Sailor survey (Ahoy) · Resilient Lady · Grand Turk & Bimini"It was essential to have dinner reservations so we could try all of the restaurants, so that was key, and we wouldn’t have known that without your help. Also letting us know the essentials we needed to bring, what to expect. That was all very helpful."

This form is for returning Sailors, possible eligible transfers, groups, celebrations, and specific voyage questions. If you are brand new to Virgin, the Perfect Cruise Quiz gives us the context we need first. If we are already planning together, your existing CamJon email thread is usually the best place to continue.
Use this form if
- You have sailed Virgin Voyages and are planning a new sailing.
- You are not currently booked with CamJon Travel and want help comparing options.
- You want to ask about a possible eligible transfer of a Virgin booking.
- You are planning a group, celebration, milestone trip, or special cabin setup.
- You have a specific planning question that does not belong in the quiz.
Self-Service is for returning Virgin Sailors who know where they want to start.
This gate protects first-time Sailors from booking too quickly while making one thing clear: Self-Service does not mean unsupported. Once your booking is connected to CamJon, we can still help with cabin placement, dining timing, and planning guidance.
Use this path when you know the sailing or fare direction you want and would rather start directly on Virgin's site. After the booking connects to CamJon Travel, we can still help with cabin placement strategy, dining reservation timing, and next steps.
Premium
Choose Premium when you want the strongest non-suite planning path, earlier dining access, premium WiFi, included Bar Tab, and the most flexibility.
- Premium WiFi for two devices per Sailor, including streaming and video capability.
- 60-day dining reservation window for the earliest non-suite dining access.
- Included Bar Tab as a drinks credit.
- Priority pre-voyage booking support from Virgin.
- Cabin selected and guaranteed at booking, with more flexibility than Base.
Essential
Choose Essential when you want the familiar balanced Virgin experience without jumping straight into the most restrictive budget path.
- Classic WiFi for one device per Sailor.
- 45-day dining reservation window.
- Cabin selected and guaranteed at booking.
- Voyage-date flexibility through a Future Voyage Credit when current rules allow.
- Name-change flexibility for Sailors Two through Four under current fare rules.
Pause before choosing these.
Service gratuity reminder: Virgin shows service gratuities separately. Pre-paying before sailing is usually the cleaner path because it keeps your onboard balance simpler and avoids surprise folio anxiety.
- This would be your first Virgin Voyages cruise.
- You are choosing Base or Lock It In mainly because the price looks lower.
- You need us to compare sailings, fare types, or cabin strategy before money changes hands.
- You are booking for a group, celebration, longer voyage, remote-work trip, or complex cabin setup.
- You are not sure whether Premium, Essential, Base, or Lock It In is the right fit.
Self-Service is only for returning Virgin Sailors. First-time Virgin travelers should start with the Perfect Cruise Quiz so we can confirm the fit before anything is booked.
Since this would be your first Virgin Voyages sailing, the Perfect Cruise Quiz is the right first step. Self-Service stays available for future voyages once you know Virgin is the right fit.
