We use Faye for our own trips
Virgin offers Voyage Protection for the cruise booking itself. Faye is a separate third-party option, and it is the first comparison we usually recommend when a traveler wants to consider eligible prepaid, nonrefundable costs across the full trip.

A smart medical-first option
Mostly concerned about medical protection? If your prepaid travel costs are fully refundable or available as usable credits, you may be able to enter $0 as your nonrefundable trip cost and focus the quote on in-trip concerns such as unexpected medical emergencies and evacuation.
This is still a travel protection plan, not medical-only coverage. At $0, trip-cancellation and trip-interruption reimbursement tied to the insured trip cost would also be $0. Review the quote and policy details; benefits, limits, pricing, and availability vary by plan and state.
