We are growing. But we are not becoming a booking engine.

The next chapter of CamJon Travel is about better systems, clearer expectations, deeper support, and the same relationship-first heart our sailors already know.

What changed at CamJon Travel on May 1, 2026?

CamJon Travel introduced a more complete planning experience for Virgin Voyages sailors, including CJ Travel Connect, a refreshed website, updated terms and conditions, a clearer fee structure, expanded planning support, dedicated assistance for hotels and travel logistics, and stronger systems designed to protect the personal care that made CamJon Travel different in the first place.

This Is Not a Rebrand. It Is an Evolution.

Some business updates are really just business updates.

A new page. A new button. A new form. A few fresh words on a website.

This is not that.

On May 1, 2026, CamJon Travel begins a new chapter. Not because we are becoming something different, but because we are becoming more fully what we were always meant to be.

More organized. More transparent. More supportive. More intentional. More prepared for the sailors who trust us with their vacations, celebrations, honeymoons, birthdays, family memories, and sometimes the trip they have been dreaming about for years.

The heart of CamJon Travel is not changing.

We are still a relationship-first Virgin Voyages agency. We still believe the best travel planning starts with understanding the person, not quoting the cabin. We still believe a First Mate should be in your corner before, during, and after your voyage. We still believe details matter because people matter.

But the structure around that heart is evolving.

And it needed to.

✨ The heart of this update: We are not scaling by becoming colder, faster, or more transactional. We are scaling by becoming clearer, smarter, and more supported.

Why We Are Evolving

Growth is a gift. It is also a responsibility.

Over the last few years, CamJon Travel has grown because sailors have trusted us, referred us, returned to us, and invited their friends and family into the CamJon world. That is not something I take lightly.

But with growth comes an important question:

How do we serve more sailors without becoming less personal?

That question has guided almost every update we have made.

We did not want to become a volume agency. We did not want to become a booking engine. We did not want to become the kind of travel business where someone books once, gets a confirmation email, and then hears silence until final payment.

That is not us.

So instead of growing by simply doing more, faster, we are growing by building better structure around the care we were already giving.

That is what this evolution is really about.

A New Website Built Around the Way We Actually Work

Our refreshed website is more than a new look.

It is a better reflection of how CamJon Travel actually serves sailors.

The new layout is designed to make it easier to understand who we are, what we do, how we help, and whether we are the right fit for you before you ever reach out.

That matters because we are not trying to be everyone’s travel agency.

We specialize in Virgin Voyages. We work deeply. We ask questions. We care about fit. We are not here to simply take an order and push a booking through.

The new website makes that clearer from the start.

You will see stronger guidance around fare types, cabin selection, self-service booking, First Mate support, groups, preferred partners, travel protection, pre-voyage planning, and what it really means to work with CamJon Travel.

The goal is simple: fewer surprises, better expectations, and a smoother path from “I’m curious” to “I’m booked and fully supported.”

✨ A quiet but important shift: The new site is not just designed to convert. It is designed to qualify, educate, and protect. That matters in an industry where too many people are sold a trip before anyone understands what they actually need.

Introducing CJ Travel Connect

One of the biggest pieces of this evolution is CJ Travel Connect.

CJ Travel Connect is our new home base for CamJon sailors. It gives us a better way to keep clients connected, informed, rewarded, and supported beyond a single booking.

Because a voyage should not feel like a transaction that ends when the deposit is paid.

For active sailors, CJ Travel Connect gives us a stronger way to share updates, resources, reminders, insider guidance, events, education, and support. For past sailors, it helps keep the relationship alive between trips. For future sailors, it creates a clearer path into the CamJon experience before they ever choose a cabin.

It also reflects something we have believed for a long time:

The best travel relationships get better over time.

The more we know about how you travel, what you loved, what missed the mark, which cabins worked, which itineraries called to you, and how you like to be supported, the better we can serve you the next time.

CJ Travel Connect gives that relationship a place to live.

Beyond Platinum: Loyalty Built Around Engagement, Not Transactions

As part of CJ Travel Connect, CamJon Travel is also introducing Beyond Platinum.

Beyond Platinum is a CamJon Travel service designation earned through CJ Travel Connect community engagement. It is not a Virgin Voyages designation. It is not granted by Virgin Voyages. It is not tied to the purchase of a Virgin Voyages cruise.

That distinction matters.

Beyond Platinum is about participation, education, community, referrals into the CJ Travel Connect ecosystem, and long-term engagement with CamJon Travel. It recognizes sailors and community members who show up, learn, connect, and help strengthen the CamJon experience.

Beyond Platinum members receive enhanced CamJon Travel service benefits, which may include additional pre-cruise planning time, priority response and scheduling, waived flight planning fees, a reduced CamJon Travel cancellation fee, additional revision flexibility, an annual voyage planning check-in, and other service benefits outlined in our current fee schedule.

Most importantly, Beyond Platinum gives us a way to reward relationship without turning loyalty into a transaction.

✨ Important clarification: Beyond Platinum is a CamJon Travel designation connected to CJ Travel Connect. It is not a Virgin Voyages status level, and it is not earned through or conditioned on booking a Virgin Voyages cruise.

Clearer Terms and Conditions

We have also updated our terms and conditions.

That may not sound exciting, but it is one of the most important parts of this evolution.

Clear terms protect everyone.

They protect sailors by making expectations easier to understand. They protect our team by creating boundaries around time, responsibilities, deadlines, cancellations, changes, and special requests. They protect the relationship by making sure important details are not floating around as assumptions.

Travel has details. Lots of them.

Final payment dates matter. Name accuracy matters. Documentation matters. Fare rules matter. Cancellation rules matter. Travel protection matters. Supplier policies matter. Response times matter. Special requests matter.

The more clearly we communicate those things upfront, the better we can serve you later.

This is not about making the experience feel colder. It is about making the experience feel safer, clearer, and more professional.

The heart stays warm. The structure gets stronger.

A Clearer Fee Structure

CamJon Travel has also introduced a clearer fee structure for certain services.

This is an important shift, and I want to talk about it plainly.

Booking a Virgin Voyages cruise with CamJon Travel remains rooted in the same core value: you receive dedicated First Mate support and the relationship-first planning experience that CamJon Travel is known for.

For sailors who book their Virgin Voyages cruise through CamJon Travel, many voyage-connected planning services are still complimentary within the included scope. That may include hotel coordination from our curated hotel lists, pre- and post-cruise transfer arrangements, excursion recommendations, eligible dining support, and a pre-departure playbook.

But not every service we provide is simply “booking a cruise.”

Some requests require additional research, coordination, planning, documentation, supplier communication, itinerary work, flight support, group management, special arrangements, or time-sensitive help. Those things take real time and real expertise.

A clearer fee structure allows us to protect the level of care our sailors expect.

It also helps us avoid the trap many service businesses fall into: giving unlimited access, unlimited time, and unlimited custom work without any structure until the quality starts to suffer.

That is not sustainable. And if it is not sustainable, it is not truly client-centered.

Our updated fee structure is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the level of service being requested.

In other words: no surprises, no awkwardness, and no guessing.

Included Cruise Planning

Standard sailors receive included pre-cruise planning support for cruise selection, cabin guidance, fare consultation, itinerary questions, and related pre-booking communication.

Complimentary Voyage Support

Hotel coordination, transfers, excursion recommendations, eligible dining support, and pre-departure playbooks are complimentary for sailors who book Virgin Voyages through CamJon Travel, within the included scope.

Flight Planning

Flight planning is available for a flat per-passenger fee, with waivers for certain premium international bookings, Beyond Platinum members, and RockStar Suite sailors.

Cancellations and Revisions

CamJon Travel’s fee schedule includes clear rules for certain sailor-initiated cancellations and additional revision rounds, with written approval required before excess revision fees apply.

✨ The fee structure is not about nickel-and-diming: it is about protecting the quality of the work. Clear boundaries make it possible to give excellent service consistently, not just when the calendar happens to be quiet.

Expanded Support for Hotels, Flights, Transfers, and More

Virgin Voyages may be the center of what we do, but your vacation does not begin when you step onto the ship.

It begins when you choose your dates.

When you book your flights.

When you decide whether to arrive one night early or two.

When you pick a hotel.

When you figure out transfers.

When you wonder what time to board, what time to fly home, and what happens if something changes.

Those details matter.

That is why we are building stronger support around hotels, flights, pre-cruise logistics, and the parts of travel that happen before and after the sailing itself.

This includes dedicated assistant support to help with research, coordination, reminders, and planning details that make the full vacation feel smoother.

Hotel coordination from our curated hotel lists is now part of our complimentary voyage-connected planning support for sailors who book Virgin Voyages through CamJon Travel. Transfer arrangements and excursion recommendations are also included within the standard scope. Flight planning is available as a structured service because it is one of the most time-intensive parts of travel planning.

The goal is not to take the personal relationship away from CamJon Travel.

The goal is to protect it.

When the right support is in place behind the scenes, the experience gets better for everyone. Details move faster. Follow-up gets sharper. Questions get answered with more consistency. And sailors get a more complete planning experience without everything depending on one person doing everything at once.

That is how we grow without losing the care.

Dining Support, Playbooks, and the Details That Matter

One of the places where Virgin Voyages planning can get surprisingly stressful is dining.

On paper, dining sounds simple. Open the app, pick your restaurants, and move on.

In reality, timing matters. Fare type matters. Reservation windows matter. Party size matters. Flexibility matters. And the difference between having a thoughtful dining plan and trying to piece things together later can affect the feel of the entire voyage.

That is why our updated structure includes eligible dining support as part of our complimentary voyage-connected planning.

For sailors who qualify and provide preferences in time, CamJon Travel offers a best-effort Midnight Dining Reservation Service at the opening of the sailor’s dining window. This does not guarantee a specific restaurant, time, date, or party size, but it does give eligible sailors an additional layer of support at one of the most important planning moments before sailing.

And before every voyage, our sailors continue to receive a pre-departure playbook.

The playbook is one of the clearest examples of how we think about service. It is not just a checklist. It is the bridge between “you are booked” and “you are ready.”

RockStar Suite Sailors Receive Premium Support

Sailors booking RockStar Suites, Mega RockStar Suites, or successor RockStar Suite categories receive CamJon Travel’s premium service tier for that booking.

That matters because elevated bookings often require elevated coordination.

RockStar Suite sailors receive additional pre-cruise planning support, priority response and scheduling, waived flight planning fees, additional revision flexibility, a discount on accepted separate travel planning engagements, and complimentary pre-departure playbook support under the current fee schedule.

The reason is simple: premium bookings deserve premium handling.

And just as important, premium handling needs to be structured clearly so expectations are aligned from the beginning.

Groups and Circles Need More Structure, Not Less

Groups are wonderful.

They are also complex.

A five-cabin group is not five individual bookings sitting quietly next to each other. It is five sets of preferences, budgets, questions, timelines, personalities, payment rhythms, travel logistics, and sometimes five different opinions about what “easy” means.

That is why our updated structure gives group organizers additional pre-cruise planning support and additional included revision flexibility for qualifying group and Circle bookings.

The goal is not to make groups harder.

The goal is to make them smoother.

When the structure is clear, the organizer knows what to expect, the sailors know where to go, and CamJon Travel can keep the entire experience moving with fewer surprises.

What Existing Sailors Need to Know

If you are already a CamJon sailor, the most important thing to know is this:

This evolution is designed to make your experience better.

You may see new pages, clearer policies, updated language, new resources, CJ Travel Connect invitations, improved planning tools, or more structured communication.

That is all intentional.

You are not losing the relationship. You are gaining a better support system around it.

Sailors with existing bookings made before May 1, 2026 retain any applicable fee exemptions or grandfathered terms in effect at the time their booking was made for that booking only. New bookings created on or after May 1, 2026 are governed by the current CamJon Travel fee schedule and terms.

That is another reason this update matters. It gives everyone a clearer understanding of what applies, when it applies, and where to find the current version.

If you are new to CamJon Travel, welcome.

You are finding us at a very exciting time.

You will see quickly that we are not trying to be the fastest quote in your inbox. We are trying to be the right First Mate for the right sailors.

That means we may ask questions before we recommend a cabin. We may explain why one fare type is stronger than another. We may push back if something does not serve you. We may tell you that the cheapest option is not actually the smartest option. We may slow the conversation down just enough to protect your vacation.
