First, we focus ONLY on Virgin Voyage. We study the ships, the destinations, the excursions, and feedback of all of our clients. We interact when on the ship to understand the experience so that we can share it in a way that makes sense to you. 

We offer exclusive sailings and benefits. From discount cards in various ports to exclusive onboard activities on specific sailings, we do things a little differently than most. 

Most importantly, we are there for you before, during, and after your cruise experience. We respond to all texts, emails, and phone calls within 24 hours before or after a cruise and within two hours during a cruise. We have access to our email and text messaging on multiple devices so that we can get back to you promptly.

To become a VIP, we ask that you book your voyage through us AND purchase a trip protection option – either via Virgin Voyages or we are more than happy to recommend other options to you. 

Yes, ALL of our clients are very important and we take care of ALL of our clients at all points before, during, and after travel. However, in order to receive discount cards, two-hour response times during cruises, and other additional benefits, we do require the purchase of trip protection.
