CamJon Travel Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel Rewards Program (“Program”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Enrollment
Membership in the Program is free. By enrolling, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Point Accrual

• Points are earned as outlined on the CamJon Travel Rewards page at camjontravel.com/camjon-travel-rewards/.
• Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on bookings (cruises, Curaçao vacation packages, flights, hotels, tours, etc.), excluding taxes and fees, unless otherwise specified.
• Special Promotions: Promotional earning rates (e.g., 2 points per $1 spent from April 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025) may change at any time and are always updated and referenced at camjontravel.com/camjon-travel-rewards/.
• Referral Rewards: 2,500 points per cabin booked by a referred friend; 1,000 points for both referrer and new member on the friend’s first booking.
• Additional Bonuses: 2,000 points for appearing on the Know Where You Want to Go podcast; double points on designated special sailings.
• Points for travel packages are awarded within 5 business days after the member’s return, effective 8/1/24.
• Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel reserves the right to adjust point accrual rates or bonus structures at any time, with details posted at camjontravel.com/camjon-travel-rewards/.
• Members must have a minimum balance of points to redeem any reward, as specified on the Rewards page.

4. Point Redemption

• Points have no cash value and are only redeemable for rewards listed on the CamJon Travel Rewards page.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or bartered.
• Redemption options and point requirements (e.g., 1,000 points for a VV Logo Tote Bag, 185,000 points for a $2,000 Virgin Voyages Cruise) may change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel.
• Rewards are processed within 14 business days of redemption request, except for items that require more time to be redeemed (i.e., vacations, including Virgin Voyages cruises, which may take up to 30 business days due to booking lead times).
• User verification may require a phone call, email, or text message to ensure account security.
• (f) Charitable Donations: Members may redeem points to trigger a donation made by Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel to designated charities (e.g., Babcock Schools, Rescue Paws Curacao). These donations are made solely by CamJon Travel on the member’s behalf and do not entitle members to tax deductions, financial benefits, or additional rewards beyond the satisfaction of supporting the charity. Charitable redemptions are accumulated and donated within 15 business days following the start of the next calendar quarter (e.g., January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) after the redemption request.
• (g) Virgin Voyages Cruise Rewards: Members may redeem points for full Virgin Voyages cruise packages, where the stated value (e.g., $2,000, $4,000, $6,000) is approximate and represents the expected cost of the cruise package, including taxes and fees, at the time of reward definition. Flights, hotels, and other travel-related expenses are not included and remain the member’s responsibility.
  • To redeem for a Virgin Voyages cruise:
    • Members must select a specific sailing and cabin type available at the time of redemption, with a total cost not exceeding the stated value. If the selected cruise costs less than the stated value, the member still uses the full points; if it costs more, the member must pay the difference in cash.
    • Availability is subject to change, and CamJon Travel is not responsible for any unavailability, including blackout dates or peak season restrictions.
    • Upon redemption, CamJon Travel will book the selected cruise on behalf of the member within 30 business days, subject to availability.
    • Any changes or cancellations must be handled through CamJon Travel, and standard cancellation policies of Virgin Voyages apply, including any fees or penalties. Points redeemed for cruises are non-refundable except in cases where the cruise is canceled by Virgin Voyages or CamJon Travel cannot fulfill the booking due to circumstances beyond its control, in which case points will be refunded.
    • In the event that the selected cruise is not available at the time of redemption or later becomes unavailable, CamJon Travel will attempt to find an alternative sailing of equal or greater value within the stated range or refund the points at its discretion.
    • Members are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including but not limited to, passport validity, visa requirements, and health regulations.
    • Members cannot combine points and cash for cruise redemptions; the full point cost must be covered by available points.
    • The stated value of the cruise reward is subject to change based on actual cruise costs at the time of booking, and CamJon Travel reserves the right to adjust the point requirement for future redemptions without notice, per clause 4(c).

5. Expiration
Points do not expire as long as the member remains active (e.g., earns or redeems points at least once every 24 months). Inactive accounts may forfeit points after 24 months of inactivity, at CamJon Travel’s discretion.

6. Tier Status

• Tier Status is based on lifetime points earned:
  • Shore Explorer (0-25,000)
  • Reef Navigator (25,001-50,000)
  • Island Voyager (50,001-100,000)
  • Ocean Adventurer (100,001+)
• Once achieved, a tier and its benefits (e.g., 10%-20% bonus on points earned) are retained for the lifetime of the Program, with no annual reassessment.
• This applies to all members, including Founders Club members who joined in 2024 and are recognized for their early support.

7. Rewards

• Available rewards include gift cards, Virgin Voyages Bar Tabs, onboard credits, flights, cruise credits, full Virgin Voyages cruise packages, and charitable donations (e.g., to Babcock Schools or Rescue Paws Curacao). Availability is subject to change without notice.
• Full Virgin Voyages Cruise Packages: These rewards cover the approximate cost of the cruise, including taxes and fees only, as defined at the time of redemption. Members must book through CamJon Travel to redeem these rewards, and the stated value may vary based on actual cruise costs, with any differences handled per clause 4(g). Flights, hotels, and other travel-related expenses are excluded and remain the member’s responsibility.
• Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered rewards once processed, including any changes in cruise availability or pricing post-redemption.

8. Taxes
Members are responsible for any applicable taxes related to earning points or receiving rewards. Charitable donation redemptions do not qualify members for tax deductions, as donations are made by Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel.

9. Program Discontinuation and Modifications

• Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel may discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• Upon discontinuation, all unredeemed points become void immediately and are not redeemable.
• Program modifications (e.g., accrual rates, redemption options) may occur at CamJon Travel’s discretion:
  • Accrual changes are posted at camjontravel.com/camjon-travel-rewards/.
  • Redemption changes are effective without notice per clause 4(c).
• Members agree that points hold no monetary value and may lose redeemability due to Program changes or discontinuation.

10. Privacy
Information collected is governed by Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel’s Privacy Policy.

11. Liability
Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury from Program participation or reward use, including but not limited to changes in cruise availability, pricing, or travel disruptions.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Disputes
Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, in a Florida court.

14. Communication
Members consent to receive Program-related communications from Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel via email, text, or other channels, including updates on cruise availability and redemption status.

15. Void Where Prohibited
The Program is void where prohibited by law.

By participating in the Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel Rewards Program, members acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
