CamJon Travel Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel Rewards Program (“Program”) is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older. Employees of Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Enrollment

Membership in the Program is free. By enrolling, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Point Accrual

  • Points are earned as described in the Program details.
  • Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on bookings, including cruises, Curaçao vacation packages, air, hotel, tours, and any other bookings, excluding taxes and fees.
  • Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel reserves the right to change point accrual rates at any time.

4. Point Redemption

  • Points have no cash value and are only redeemable for rewards offered by the Program.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or bartered.
  • Redemption values are subject to change at any time, but any changes will be communicated to all registered users with at least 30 days’ notice.
  • Reward redemptions will be processed within 14 business days after the redemption is chosen by the user.
  • User verification may be subject to a phone call, email, and/or text message to ensure user protection.

5. Expiration

Points do not expire as long as the member remains active in the Program.

6. Tier Status

Tier Status within the CamJon Travel Rewards program is determined by the total cumulative points earned by a Member throughout their participation in the program. Once a Member achieves a specific Tier Status, that status and its associated benefits will remain valid for the duration of the CamJon Travel Rewards program. Tier Status is not subject to annual reassessment. This policy applies to all Members, including those who were designated as Founders Club members.

7. Rewards

Reward availability is subject to change without notice. Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards.

8. Taxes

Members are responsible for all applicable taxes related to participation in the Program and receipt of rewards.

9. Program Discontinuation and Modifications

  • Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel reserves the right to discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice.
  • In the event of Program discontinuation, all unredeemed points will immediately lose their value and will not be eligible for redemption.
  • Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel reserves the right to modify the Program, including but not limited to changes in point accrual rates, redemption values, and available rewards, at any time, subject to the notice period specified in clause 4(c) for redemption value changes.
  • Members acknowledge and agree that their points have no monetary value and may become void at any time due to Program changes or discontinuation.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel’s Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Program or the acceptance or use of any reward.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Disputes

Any dispute arising from this Program will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida.

14. Communication

By participating in the Program, members agree to receive communications from Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel regarding their account and Program updates.

15. Void Where Prohibited

This Program is void where prohibited by law.

By participating in the Imaginasun LLC dba CamJon Travel Rewards Program, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
