What we're building for the group

PlannedUp to two group dinners onboard (restaurants & nights chosen together)
PlannedSpecial anniversary moments as the group comes together
PlannedCocktail & social gatherings along the way
ConfirmedA private CJ Travel Connect group space for updates & countdown
Confirmed$100 Bar Tab per cabin. Drinks on us.
The more Sailors who book, the more we can add

Confirmed secured for every cabin. Planned being built, never required, and it does not change your fare. Conditional depends on group size, and we say so.

Planned activities may be subject to participation and Virgin Voyages approval.

⚑ Group confirmed: your perks are secured

Enough cabins are booked, so the group rate and the $100 Bar Tab per cabin are confirmed. They apply to your cabin as soon as you reserve, with nothing further to unlock.

Cabins at the group rate are limited. The sooner your cabin is in, the more Cameron can hold and plan for the group.

⏳ The earlier you book, the stronger the group rate we can protect.

Questions from the group

How do I book?

Pick your cabin below and add your Sailor details, then send the request to Cameron. He verifies your fare and sets up the booking, keeping you inside the group block with everyone else. Requests in before 12:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, are set up the same day — after that, the next business day. Weekend requests are set up Monday by 5:00 PM ET. Your 20% deposit is due by 11:59 PM ET the day after that confirmationno payment is collected on this page.

What's included in the fare?

Your Virgin Voyages fare includes all your meals at every restaurant, WiFi, group fitness classes, and the entertainment — plus, as a group perk, $100 Bar Tab per cabin for drinks. Essential and Premium differ mainly in WiFi, dining window, and flexibility (see the fare options below).

Do I need a passport?

Yes. This sailing calls on Prince Rupert, British Columbia (Canada), so every Sailor needs a passport valid through at least the sailing dates. If yours is close to expiring, renew early.

How many Sailors fit in a cabin?

Sea Terrace holds up to 4 Sailors; Central Sea Terrace up to 3. The 1st and 2nd Sailor set the fares shown here. A 3rd or 4th Sailor books at Virgin Voyages' reduced additional-Sailor rate — which lowers everyone's per-person price — and Cameron confirms each added Sailor's exact fare when he holds your cabin. Traveling as a larger group? Cameron can also arrange adjoining cabins.

When should I book?

As soon as you can. Group space and pricing are limited, and the group experiences firm up as cabins come in — the earlier you're booked, the more Cameron can lock in for everyone.

Choose your cabin

Pick a cabin, choose your fare, and add your Sailors — the per-Sailor price and deposit update as you go. Think of it as a planning guide: every fare is verified live with Virgin Voyages before anything is booked, so treat the numbers here as a close estimate, not a final quote. Each cabin books and pays on its own, so there's no pooling money across the group.

1 · Your cabin

Group rate

The discounted group rates & the $100 Bar Tab apply to Sea Terrace and Central Sea Terrace (Essential or Premium) — the two cabins above. Any other cabin, including RockStar Suites, can still be booked in the group — just choose Something else and Cameron sets it up with you.

2 · Fare class

Essential — the smart default: classic WiFi (1 device), 45-day dining window, all restaurants & essential drinks.

3 · Who's sailing in this cabin

Sailor 1 is the primary Sailor — responsible for the single 20% deposit (deposits can't be split). Once it's down, the balance can be split between Sailors however you like. Enter every name exactly as it appears on that Sailor's passport.
Sharing drops the per-Sailor price.
Sharing this cabin but don’t have your roommate yet? Keep it set to 2 Sailors above for the group rate — just add your own details below and leave the second Sailor blank. Your roommate sends their legal name, date of birth & email to Cameron whenever they’re confirmed, and he adds them to the cabin.
Why we ask for this. Virgin Voyages needs each Sailor's legal name exactly as it appears on their passport or government ID, plus a date of birth, to create the booking. Each Sailor needs their own email because Virgin creates one account per person. This goes only to Cameron, is stored encrypted, and is never sold or shared. John & Cynthia are told only that a cabin has joined the group, never your personal details. Privacy Policy

What are service gratuities? A set $20 per Sailor, per night that Virgin Voyages pays directly to its crew (your housekeeping, dining and bar teams). They are not part of the cruise fare. If you tick the prepay box they are added to your Estimated total above, and they are shown on their own line so you can always see them. The 20% deposit is worked out on the cruise fare only. You can prepay them now at the $20 rate, or skip prepaying and they're added to your onboard account later at the higher $22 per night. Personal tipping beyond this is separate and never expected on Virgin Voyages.

Your estimate

$3,712

full cabin · Sea Terrace Essential · 2 Sailors

Cruise fare (whole cabin)$3,712
Prepaid gratuities (all Sailors)$280
Estimated total (whole cabin)$3,992
Per Sailor$1,996
Deposit due at booking (20% of the cruise fare)$742
✦ Includes $100 Bar Tab per cabin (group perk).

Sharing the cabin drops the price to about $1,856 / Sailor at 2 Sailors. Book solo and the full cabin is yours.

These figures are a guide only and are subject to verification and change. Service gratuities are not included in the figures shown; you can prepay them at $20 per Sailor, per night, or they're added onboard at $22/night. Taxes, fees and port expenses are confirmed at booking. The estimated deposit shown is 20% of the cruise fare; Cameron confirms the exact deposit when the booking is created, and the remaining balance is due before sailing (Cameron will confirm the final-payment date for this June 2027 sailing). Cameron confirms every price live with Virgin Voyages before your cabin is held — this is a planning estimate, not a final invoice.
