CamJon Travel requires this signed acknowledgment before arranging a new Lock It In rate booking or processing a change that places an existing reservation on a Lock It In rate.
Signing records your acknowledgment of the fare restrictions. It does not create, cancel or change a reservation, collect payment, or guarantee a fare or cabin.
A Lock It In rate is Virgin Voyages' guarantee fare. You choose a cabin category and a price. Virgin Voyages chooses the cabin. The savings are real, and so are the restrictions below. By signing, the Sailor confirms that each item below has been read and accepted.
Please read carefully. This is the one fare CamJon Travel cannot fix after the fact.
☐1. Virgin Voyages chooses my cabin. I do not pick it, and I cannot request a deck, a location, or a cabin number.
☐2. Once my cabin is assigned, it cannot be changed. Not for noise, not for the view, not for the location, and not by offering to pay more.
☐3. My cabin may be anywhere in the category, including next to or directly below noisy venues such as The Manor nightclub, the pool deck, or The Galley, near elevators or high traffic areas, with a limited or obstructed view, or with a metal railing balcony instead of a hammock.
☐4. I am guaranteed only the lowest tier of that category. Any upgrade is at Virgin Voyages' discretion and should not be expected.
☐5. My cabin number may not be assigned until days before sailing, or on embarkation day.
☐6. This fare is non-refundable and cannot be moved to a different sailing date. There is no future voyage credit. Virgin Voyages' standard grace period and date change rules do not apply.
☐7. I cannot bid for an upgrade until after my cabin is assigned, and this fare is excluded from other offers, including the pay in full discount.
☐8. I reviewed the alternatives, including a standard fare, and I am choosing Lock It In at my own request. If I am unhappy with my assigned cabin, CamJon Travel cannot change it, and I will not hold CamJon Travel responsible for the cabin I receive.
☐9. CamJon Travel requires this signed acknowledgment before arranging a new Lock It In rate booking or processing a change that places an existing reservation on a Lock It In rate. Signing records my acknowledgment of the fare restrictions. It does not create, cancel or change a reservation, collect payment, or guarantee a fare or cabin.
Signature: the person signing types their own full name, which must match a Sailor listed above. The date, time and who signed are recorded.
Fare rules are set by Virgin Voyages and can change. This acknowledgment reflects the rules in effect on the date it is signed. It does not replace Virgin Voyages' own terms, which also apply to the booking.
