CamJon Travel LLC — Key West Bar Card privacy notice Effective September 29, 2026

Your information helps us arrange your card gift and keep a record of your agreement.

We collect your name, email, sailing, cabin number, delivery preference, eligibility acknowledgments and electronic signature. For mailed cards, we also collect your mailing address. We retain the exact agreement, cardholder terms and acknowledgments you accepted, together with the submission date and time.

We use this information to verify eligibility, prevent duplicate or unauthorized requests, arrange delivery, send request confirmations, provide your signed agreement, answer questions and maintain agreement records. Completing this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for these purposes, including hosting, storage, email delivery and mailing services. Relevant information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, insurers or authorities when reasonably necessary for a claim, legal obligation or protection of legal rights. We do not sell information from this form or give it to participating bars for marketing.

We keep this file as long as needed to fulfill the gift and keep a record of the agreement, then delete it when it is no longer required. We review continued retention based on delivery needs, the card's validity, disputes, insurance requirements and applicable legal obligations. Records needed for an existing or anticipated claim or legal preservation requirement are retained while that need continues. For mailed cards, the address forms part of this record. Backup copies may persist until overwritten or removed through backup maintenance; deleted records are not used for ordinary business from those backups.

You may decline the card or contact cameron@camjontravel.com for a paper-signing option, a free copy, corrections, or questions about access or deletion. We may verify your identity before responding. Corrections do not overwrite the original signed agreement. Some records may need to be kept for the purposes above. You can download or print your signed copy on the confirmation page. After a successful live submission, we attempt to email a request confirmation with a private link to your signed copy to the address you entered and notify CamJon Travel. Anyone with that link can view your copy, so keep it private. The link expires 90 days after your sailing's departure; you can save a copy before then or contact Cameron afterward. Link expiration does not delete the agreement record. The email confirms that your request was recorded, not that a card has been approved, purchased or delivered. Email delivery is not guaranteed; keep your reference and signed copy and contact Cameron if you need help. The review preview does not save information or send email.

This notice applies to the card-gift form. Our general policy at https://camjontravel.com/privacy-policy/ also applies; this notice controls any differences for this form. When you submit, we record the network IP address seen by our server, browser information, and signing time with your agreement. These details help document the submission; they do not verify your identity or exact location. We do not request GPS location.
